RECREATIONAL/NOVICE PROGRAM - Grades K-3 

The season will consist of various "King of the Mat" and instructional novice matches with neighboring towns ending in mid February. Registration cost is $250 and includes uniforms and singlets will be provided for the season. Wrestlers must provide their own headgear and wrestling shoes.

 

The PAL will be sponsoring 2 (K-6) dual meet teams for this upcoming season Central Jersey V and JV. 

PAL Registration cost is $225 and includes uniforms Sweatshirt, joggers and t-shirt) - singlets will be provided for the season.

The PAL will sponsor two teams that 7th and 8th graders are eligible:

The Westfield PAL is excited to announce an upcoming Flag Football Minicamp Series "WESTFIELD CHAMPIONS" for Children with Special Needs. The Minicamp will provide 1:1 instruction while moving through stations focusing on passing, catching, rushing and defense, while allowing the children to enjoy time with their friends, neighbors, and classmates. No prior knowledge or football experience is necessary. Please REGISTER to join. All fees have been subsidized by PAL CoEd Flag Football. You must live in Westfield to join the camp.

When: October 18, October 25, November 1 from 1:15-2:00pm

Who: Westfield Children ages 5-14 with Special Needs

Fee(s): All fees are covered by Westfield Boys and Girls Flag Football

Westfield PAL Announces 11th Annual Woman’s Breast Cancer Flag Football Games Sunday, October 19th, 2025 at 3:30-5:30.

On Sunday, October 19th , 2025 at 3:30 pm, the Westfield PAL Flag Football program will once again host its annual women's flag football tournament in Tamaques Park, Lamberts Mill Road, Westfield NJ . This is the eleventh year of the event which raises money for the Connie Dwyer Breast Cancer Foundation to help create awareness and find a cure for breast cancer. Each year, the mothers, sisters and friends of the PAL program get together to play flag football in a fun environment while at the same time raise funds to help find a cure to this devastating

disease. 

Every dollar raised will go to the Connie Dwyer Breast Cancer Foundation Center at Trinitas Hospital to help those women who may not have the resources they need in their fight against breast cancer. Woman of all ages are invited to play, This is a fun, noncompetitive

event. You may either register individually or put together a team.
